Use argan or coconut oiil at the tips and try to use hair conditionor masks in the shower (leave in for three mins). Also try not to use heat on her hair or brush it while its wet, like Vy said. Trim a centimeter off your -hair every one or two months to encourage crouth. Hope it helped, I have thick, butt lenght hair and do these things ( :

Wrap a towel on your head when you get out of the shower and it will soak the excess water. Also NOT brushing out dead hair is not good. Your hair that grows out of your head is actually dead hair, it is meant to fall out so new hair can replace it. I have very thick hair and have always and will always brush my hair while wet. P.s. The getting out of the shower bit of the video - with full make up☺ not convincing☺Otherwise good video. If I had your face I would not care too much about my hair, you have an amazingly pretty face

There is some science facts on grey hair reversal. I highly recommend watching part 1 and part 2. This channel has so much advice on hair based on scientific fact. Wheat grass juice doesn't taste great but mix it with other juices. I'm willing to try. It doesn't happen overnight. Your new hair is suppose to start coming in dark.

I never have time to air dry my hair so I have to blow dry it. My hair is super thin, so when I blow dry it looks super flat and has literally no volume. I was talking to my friend about it, and she suggested that I tried flipping my hair upside down and blow drying it like that and it would add a TON of volume. im a white girl but my hair gets so tangled before and after I take a shower all the time like i brush it before I take a shower, I put conditioner and a hair mask but my roots and my mid section get REALLY tangled when I walk out of the shower. I use detangling spray, and it doesn't work. If I leave my hair tangled and wet it'll hurt like hell to brush it dry later. I have no idea what to do. I am also using hair oils and I completely cut off the heat. I still have a lot of shedding and hair loss every day :( help

my hair is the same way so i comb it in the shower with a wide tooth comb,,,i first shampoo it then add my conditioner and hair masks, let that soak while i shave my legs or whatever, then i split my hair in 2 like pig tails and start combing from the ends of my hair working my way up, when your hair is super wet from the shower plus has all that conditioner in it, it makes it so easy to detangle it trust me!! and i use a boar bristle brush when my hair is dry to detangle as it is gentler on the hair then a regular brush or comb, i just ordered a detangling brush from ebay so hopefully i can brush my hair when its dry now too. maybe one of those detangling brushes would help you, there's all kind for keep or expensive brand names ones like the tangle angel.

But I am just worried if I condition my hair all the way to my roots, they will lay down flat, and I won't get any volume, and trust me I am so tired of buying hair products. My bathroom is full of those, and I am wasting way too much money for my hair. I used to bleach it and dye it teal and purple, red and blonde all the time, and then I stopped doing every single thing that causes damage to my hair and now I guess it's my hairs' payback time. It gets split at the ends when I BRUSH IT, It gets super frizzy when I blow dry it, and it's shedding a lot. I can't stand it

i don't condition all the way to the roots only up to the knots/tangles and if i have one close to the scalp i just add conditioner to that spot and work it into the tangle, if you do a really good rinse after the conditioner your volume should be fine, or you could always conditioner your hair comb it out then shaIs it shedding like from the root or is your hair breaking off? Have you tried keratin treatments?
