I got the same ones, and haven't installed them yet - waiting on some grip puppies. I could be mistaken but I believe you installed them upside down - based on other pictures and reviews I have seen anyway. Hoping I don't run into a similar issue with the windshield (though I assume I will), because adjusting it to the other position causes it to rattle against the headlight assembly. KARMAkaze Moto reviewed the same handguards and I think he installed them with the flatter side down - I wonder if the windshield would still need adjustment with them installed that way. I saw an Amazon review with the same complaint but with no pictures I wasn't sure how they installed them. I have risers too, and I'll be interested to see if that makes a difference.
