I think they said they changed the chests in trial chambers to barrels with hoppers to emphasise that it is for inventory management for players to throw items into it. Most people were confused why the chests were all empty and thought it was a bug

The barrels with loot are different than the hopper barrels to quickly clear out inventory. I find myself using them all the time in the chambers I farm for keys, but the old barrels are still where they were

I do wish they reverted the change for bats to NOT spawn under deep levels like Y-30. I stumbled upon a big cave with the deep dark sipping in, and there were 3 bats triggering sensors everywhere I wanted to go. I ended up finding an Ancient City by accident trying to flee from a Warden spawned by those flying little goobers >:]

Biggest warden enemy: bats. He can listen the bats sounds, they don't let him sleep!

Wardens can only be spawned by players. Other entities and trigger the sensors, but they can't summon the warden

@@Titioplay Minecraft isn't a reflection of the real world especially considering that wolves can eat literally any meat in the game... some of which are actually poisonous to the player. You've also got frogs that are literally eating blocks of hot magma to make froglights. I don't understand why cats in the game haven't had their diets extended beyond just fish.

The Hopper barrel thing that's because everybody was like, why are there empty chests everywhere? WTF? They didn't realize that they put the empty chest to help control the inventory management issues people are going to have with all the different kinds of copper and all that. You know all the different kinds of rewards etc. So they changed it to the hopper into a barrel because they can't really mistake that for being a treasure chest, it's pretty clear you're supposed to throw something in there and it goes in there so it's a trash can. Boom. Shakalaka. Google's dictation is so dang good. It even got shakalaka. Wow...

Can confirm. It’s so easy now. You can cart them right into the portal or you can use a boat on a lead. Either way, very easy. But do a practice run before transporting your valuable ones because it’s very easy to cause suffocation damage if your highway isn’t built right.

Trials have some vaults by default that can be opened with keys (orange) dropped by random after defeat mobs, also they drop ominous potions (obtainable with pillagers too) that can be used to activate the hard trials even after u have passed normal trials This time the key dropped is the ominous key (blue) that can open the blue vault, the only one which drops heavy core

Didnt finish the video and I already dont like the bat thing. Im not a minecraft expert but I know the “air” block has a “cave air” block element, which is used to carve out caves in generation. Wouldn’t it make sense for the game to check if its cave air and then spawn the bat? Having bats spawn in bases and spawners wouldnt be cool, the whole thing with bats is that they spawn underground…
