My favourite Focus mode on my Apple Watch 8 is Sleeping, which activates at 22:30 till 7 in the morning. Watch face is X-Large in red with a black background and Solar System as the only complication. The Sleeping Focus the Theater Mode is activated/deactivated, which dims the Watch and turns the screen off, and the Torch is now instead of a white light a red light. When I have to get up at night, I simply turn the Torch on from the dock/press the button. Enough light to find my way to the loo, and back to bed. No bright light, don’t disturb my partner. Awesome!
@oldcodger46725 ай бұрын
Thanks for tip re medications. I have the Medication complication added to my watch face. To log a medication takes about 5 seconds, start to finish. When a severe migraine strikes, economy of effort is essential, otherwise the bother of logging is too great, and I give up before I start, and that med goes unlogged. I have best of intentions but rarely remember to log the med after the event. I should be able to do this. The increased battery life of the Ultra 2 means the watch is rarely off my wrist.

I saw that "set ahead" feature and I never understood it. Why lie to yourself about the time? I'd rather know what time it was than lie to myself to offset my lazy behavior.
@robbarron863521 күн бұрын
If you have a job where you are kept busy with important meetings and so forth, setting your watch 5 mins ahead helps enormously. It has nothing to do with being lazy but everything to do with making sure you're not late to a meeting because you got a sudden phone call etc. Works for some and not for others but it really isn't about lazy behaviour.
