If you know all 42 locations as i do in head, you'll know when there is a gold crate. If there is more then 3 pink there will be a gold crate. I found 3 on map just this morning. Also i only go for pink and gold. 2 pink crates euqals a gold crate (in parts, money and XP) Furter more, if you dont have gold parts on your car, you wont find any, not even in a gold crate. The more gold parts you have on your car the more they will be in crates. I did a deep dive in treasure boxes for 14 days straight to figure it out. And i think i have. The spawn diveded in 3 maining the map have 3 sections which rotate every hour (so it dosent matter if you close the game and open it up). You can speed this rotation up by getting crates

Do they spawn at a specific time of day cause im in night time and half of the ones in the vid usnt there

they will just spawn randomly, that's why it's important to check the locations in order, otherwise you will get completely lost

I went on a deep dive about treasure boxes last christmas. I did it straight for 14 days, i think i have figure it out - and i sure know the best methods. So i'll watch this to see if he actually figure it out as i did. And to answer your question, no the spawn a route. The map is divided into 3 thats why some were empty

There are no boxes anywhere do you need to be a certain level

no, you just need to check all locations in a sequence, because they will spawn randomly, it won't be the same locations I show in the video that have a box for you
