This is a 20 minute yoga practice for beginners with simple basic yoga poses. We will go from reclined to seated and standing poses, skipping downward dog and other poses that put pressure on the wrists. This class is hands-free and easy on the knees (no kneeling positions). However, some standing poses still put pressure on the knees, so keep in mind if you have any knee issues. No props required for this class, just put some comfortable clothes on and enjoy your practice!
