This is a 20 minute yoga practice for beginners with simple basic yoga poses. We will go from reclined to seated and standing poses, skipping downward dog and other poses that put pressure on the wrists. This class is hands-free and easy on the knees (no kneeling positions). However, some standing poses still put pressure on the knees, so keep in mind if you have any knee issues. No props required for this class, just put some comfortable clothes on and enjoy your practice!

Thank you so much for doing this video! I have been following you for two years and this video introduced me to some new poses that I have yet to try. I particularly liked the first series of floor based poses that included some core exercises that I honestly don't do much of. I would like to see more videos that focus on the core strength. Thank You Uliana. I fell off my bike two days ago and have hurt my right knee and wrist. 😣 This practice was perfect. I think I'll be doing this one and any other wrist free ones for a few days (hopefully a few days!) until I can back on track with the monthly calendars. Silly me. 🙄🤗🙂 xxx
