This 20-minute hatha yoga class is perfect for anyone who wants a full body stretch, without using their wrists, hands or forearms! This will be a slower-paced practice with a little bit of flow, but more time to hold each pose. There are no downward-facing dogs, planks or chaturangas in this sequence. We will begin with a standing sequence and end with supine stretches. All levels welcome and no props needed.

I'm so thankful for this wrist-free yoga flow. My wrists have been aching for a while now and, besides it impacting daily activity, I'm saddened my yoga practice has also been neglected. I've enjoyed this class with you and would certainly be happy to see more wrist-free yoga!

I really enjoyed doing this yoga. My wrists and hands often hurt when I do some of the yoga moves but they don't have to when I do this one. And I like the fact that there is no music to drown out your calm and clear instructions . I hope there will be more of this kind of yoga .

I have a condition called Tenosynovitis and this happened when I was doing downward dog. I am so happy for this Wrist Free Hatha Yoga class. It was amazing. You are an amazing teacher Jess. Thank you for this video

What a great idea to let go of the downward facing dog for a change. That position is not ideal for anyone having reflux issues. Thank you Jessica!

Thank you for posting this practice. I practice Ashtanga and even short/modified practices are wrist and shoulder heavy. This practice was really restorative. I will do it again!

This was a beautiful flow. At the end of the flow and the little meditation and when i opened my eyes i felt like the room was bright than it was when i closed my eyes. I am so grateful for this lesson. ☀️👀

I like this flow very much. I did it for the past month (or more) almost every day. I especially like the gratitude part at the end. I feel very good afterwards. I think this is what keeps me coming back to your flow. Thank you for making those videos.🙏🏻

What a beautiful practice! Such a wonderful all body slow flow - I'm always looking for a flow that leaves me feeling like I worked but also like I released the day. The bonus of this one was a much needed break for my wrists. Thank you so much - would love to see more of these ☺️🕉️

This was the best hands free I've done - perfect timing of flow.. not too slow and not too fast where I'm breaking alignment to catch up. Perfect blend of relaxing yet energizing. Thank you so much for this ... This is going to be a frequent practice in my collection. ☺️🕉️

I had no idea what this class would bring. I was tired from soooooo much gardening yesterday my body felt like lead. 🤔no hands class....I think I can do this?.....wow I Loooooved it♥️...I feel so much better.😁🙏

Thanks for this wonderful opportunity to do yoga without stressing the wrists. I was too ambitious on handstand and jump through. Could make use of another edition of this exercise with more advanced stretches and twists.

Thank you so much for doing a wrist-free sequence! I have Fibromyalgia, and my wrists hurt every day. I can't hold downward dog, and I definitely cannot lift my legs in downward dog; so I just hang out doing nothing at those times. :/ If you want to add anymore wrist-free sequences... Or if you could tell us more options to do at those times instead of downward dog in other sequences, I would really appreciate it! Thank you for all you do!

I've developed a bad case of the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and can't do downward facing dog, etc. until it's resolved, so I'm extra grateful for this lovely sequence.

Hi Jessica, I've been really enjoying your video's, I've always meditation and have only just started with yoga and your soothing voice rolls me into my meditation perfectly. Unfortunately I'm going to have to switch as I've had a fall and injured my shoulder. Just a thought, could you do a non shoulder session. Hopefully by the time you've done one I'll have recovered.
