159 calories burned during the workout. Ill update with following calories burned. Amazing workout and definitely comparable to Pamela Reif workouts. Within 5 minutes after workout an additional 25 calories burned. All I did was dress my daughter. It's been 35 minutes and my TOTAL calories burned are 212. I have not done anything but dress my daughter and watch Masha and the bear with her. 339 calories burned from workout to an hour afterwards. So this is definitely a 300+ calorie burner workout.

@@ishh4174 I'm 30 years old. With four biological children. (I had my last child at 28) I have been working out for two years. My current weight is 145lbs. 5'5 tall. I was 135lbs before I gained muscle mass. Side note: at 28 years old my weight loss journey started when I was 189lbs. So I haven't always been in "shape". It's taken ALOT of effort.

I would compare to Pamela Reif. The differences is this Angela's workout has alot of quick breaks, but totally useful because these these workouts are 45 seconds long instead of 30 The other main difference is the music is not as upbeat and it's not as "playful" sounding as Pamela Reif. However I've been doing Pamela Reif workouts for two years and this is the ONLY other person I will definitely use. This is a welcomed change up. I'd love to see more upbeat music and encouraging lyrics as Pamela's. Hearing some of the lyrics in Pamela's workouts keeps me going when it gets tough. I totally recommend Angela's workout. I actually think I burn more calories in these workouts than Pamela Reifs. :/ Sorry Pamela 😜

I hope you see this comment.I have been searching all over youtube for a video of women abs. Just a close up video of the abs to see the structure. I have been learning about the structure of abs and I have seen so many drawings of abs but I cant find a video. I think it would be a very novel thing to make a video showing different part of abs because not a single women has done it on KZbin. If you are a man tho there are plenty of videos and references to find all over the internet so men know how their muscles look like. I think that it will probably be intimidating to take a close up video of the abs structure but if you decide to do it you are really brave

Around 300. The workout is meant to burn calories for up to 24 hours after the workout. I definitely burned 339 calories during and up to an hour after the workout.

I am updating my comment with total calories burned. During workout I burned 159. The following 5 minutes after 25 calories burned. Just in case you were not fully informed, a HIIT workout will burn calories for up to 24 hours. I usually count my calories up to an hour after working out, unless I'm real active afterwards. I only stop then because it's hard to count the true calories from the workout then. I will update my comment in about 45 minutes with my true calories burnt. I wouldn't be surprised if I burn close to 300.

the amount of calorias burned depends of a lot of things, like, metabolism, body, age, health, how you do the exercises and more.. so really depends! but it's a good hiit workout, try! :)

A lot of things factor into this. Not only how old you are, how much you weight but also how high you jump, how fast your going. What I can tell you is consistency is the key! Just push play!

Hi totally agreed with others about calories burnt.i am 5 ft 4 and weight is 53 kg and regular with exercises.I did it today and burnt 160 active calories.post workout half an hour the reading was 183.I hope that's helpful for you.yes it was a good workout .

To be complete honest the breaks aren't that bad. I actually am a Pamela Reif follower and she has very few breaks, however Angelas are short and if want a workout without breaks just do jumping jacks in the 10 seconds or high knees. If your already on the ground do In and outs or pushups or even bicycle crunches. I find myself needing extra pushes sometimes so I do these suggestions I just gave you if I get to many breaks.
