Here are the exercises and counts she did. • High knees - 40 secs • Squat Jacks - 22 • Standing knee tucks (L) - 43 • Standing knee tucks (R) • Lateral Hop - 40 secs • Jumping jacks to Plank jacks - 6 -- 30 secs rest -- • High knees - 40 secs • Jump squats - 32 • Lunge Hop (R) - 23 • Lunch Hop (L) - 22 • Switch kicks - 40 secs • Half Burpees - 14 -- 30 secs rest -- • Bicycle crunches - 53 • Mountain Climbers - 40 secs • Bear plank shoulder taps - 32 • In & Outs - 24 • Skater - 25 • Plank - 40 secs I wrote this so I don't need to pause the video everytime I need a small break and just continue with the counts. Although it's all up to you how you'll do it 😊 Correct me if there's wrong with the counts so I can edit this comment. Hope y'all reach ur goals! 💙

I'm 60kg and 1,60m: I've been doing this workout for like a week now, i different times in the day, with different levels of stamina, and usually I burn 95-110 kcal. Great workout, I really love it, and I'll keep doing for sure!

Try going on a calorie deficit where you eat around 2000 calories and burn 200. It helped me alot I went from 145 to 125 in 2020

@@ireneyeon1055 yes! I track with my Apple Watch (top tip is to make sure the watch is as tight as possible to track most accurately!) I still need to research how reliable the watch is but I think it’s really well for tracking, there’s also a different workout mode for pretty much every type of workout to get the most accurate

@@ireneyeon1055 Another way to find out calories burned if you don't have a watch (I don't) is to insert your heart rate into a calculator online! can't say it's 100% accurate, but I think it would be pretty close if you entered your height, weight, etc. correctly :)

So good! I'm getting back into workouts and this was such a good workout to ease back into the hiit stuff (I usually do dance workouts.) hey, just a little reminder: don’t worry about exercising to compensate for eating too much that day. some days you’re going to eat a little less or more and that’s ok :) please don’t feel guilty or that you have to exercise to make up for one day, what’s more important is having a general good trend

I really love this workout cause its short and burns lots of calories, and most importantly there's 10 sec breaks between every 2 exercises and thats enough time to adjust.. i did this while fasting and im sweating as hell . I almost burned 200 cals

Everyone is different! I actually have a very low BMI (not underweight, but not as high as my friends) and my thighs are thicker than most people! That’s my biggest insecurity but sometimes you just have to embrace your differences!

Thank you! 💕 unfortunately i don’t know where the mat is from, i rented the place and the equipment. When you are choosing a mat make sure to search for “non-slip” ones. You can get them affordable in Amazon or Decathlon. Or little more expensive ones from all yoga brands. ✌️💕

I burned 180 calories (from start of workout untill 20 mins after workout , all I did after the workout was sit and watch TV)(after workout my Fitbit said I burned 102 calories) definitely would compare this workout to Pamela Reif. Hard but really easy. Felt the burn in my muscles during the workout and after. First time I've done one of her workouts, plan on trying another tomorrow. Edited to add: I haven't moved off the couch and it's been 50 minutes since my workout and I've burned 248 calories now...what?!?? .. yes I'm literally sitting here and still burning calories
