I'm 43 and was looking for a workout to help me with building strength and the longer workouts are harder for me due to a myriad of factors. However i can't wait to try this one since it's only 20 minutes. Perfect timing. I will report back.

I took a gamble on this workout for my sort of break day. It ended up being perfect. There were some exercises my body wasn't ready for, some I managed and was happy with my own attempt and others that were a good challenge. I got a good sweat out of it. Thank you Daniel :)

Intense but perfect weight, timing & compound movements. Would also be great to mix first and second sets into one, so your constantly alternating and less repetitive strain. Then again, I'm not the fittest 😂
