The Workout:
Perform each of the following exercises for 20 seconds at a time, followed by 10 seconds rest. Repeat the circuit again for a total of 8 minutes.

This is an extremely poor demonstration of kettlebell use. Please learn a little bit more before you do the next kettlebell workout. Also you look like a strong guy. I know you can lift more than the 10lbs you have.
