Low impact leg and booty workout with no jumping, squats or lunges. This 20 minutes session will get your legs and booty on fire and leave you feeling amazing! NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED!
We will perform the workout as a circuit:
2 Rounds
30 seconds of work
10 seconds of rest
30 seconds of rest between the rounds
It's good to have a water bottle handy and a regular mat or yoga mat if you have one. :)
