Vinyasa Yoga Sequence or Power yoga or flow yoga combines movement with poses. The movements are matched with breathing which makes this a very strong workout. In this video, I am demonstrating flow yoga for legs, especially for hamstrings and quadriceps. Enjoy 20 min yoga power sweat which is a beginner vinyasa sequence while getting stronger flexible legs.
