Happy Wednesday! If you've been here before you know we love to give you great workouts you can do in the comfort of your home especially during these COVID times. We're excited about this one in particular. It's an awesome full body workout that requires no weight, will get your heart rate up and will challenge different positions you might not be used to. Full workout listed below.
Part 1:
12 Minute AMRAP
10 Kneel to stand (5 each leg)
20 seconds Butt Kicks
20 Cook Hip Lifts (10 per side)
20 seconds High Knees
Part 2:
3-4 Rounds
12 Kneeling Windmill
12 Alternating Cossack Squats
18 Toe Taps in plank position
