@@Fitness121 hi mate, I’ve not heard of Nike somethings either. Normal Nike calls it’s trainers after numbers like 110 (pronounced “one, ten’s”). I hope this helps 👌🏻

Good way to hurt your elbows. You’ll never catch the bar on the way down for Olympic lifting. As for they’ve been doing for 3000 years. There is a reason for that. This is stupid.
