Who is ready to get back into a consistent pilates habit with me. Today we begin Day 1 of our 6-week workout program. We will be releasing new workouts every Monday for the next 6 weeks. 😀

I’m actually still working on this week one video. I think this will be only the fourth time I’ve done it over the last few days but I want to feel strong enough at it before I move onto the next video.

That’s is a very good approach. It is important to progress at a rate that your body is comfortable. We’ll done for keeping the consistency. How are the back extension exercises going?😊

Thankyou for this video. Found it challenging but just what I need right now as I need a core workout! Hardest thing is when I am laying on my front with my hands crossed in front of my face and having to lift my face neck and chest off the floor, could I leave my hands on the floor to help push myself up a little bit or does that defeat the point of the move?

Hi Sophie, thank you for your message :). You can definitely do that to support/ assist your back and core when doing the movement. It is, however important to focus on using your core and back when your hands are on the floor, so the the exercise isn’t redundant. Hope that helps 🙂
