First, Leah, I miss your videos. Second, i don't run (hip problems) but i do step and other cardio workouts. Do you think this would be good for prepping for those routines as well? Should I do these before or after the warmups provided in the videos?

Thankyou for this video. Found it challenging but just what I need right now as I need a core workout! Hardest thing is when I am laying on my front with my hands crossed in front of my face and having to lift my face neck and chest off the floor, could I leave my hands on the floor to help push myself up a little bit or does that defeat the point of the move?

Hi Sophie, thank you for your message :). You can definitely do that to support/ assist your back and core when doing the movement. It is, however important to focus on using your core and back when your hands are on the floor, so the the exercise isn’t redundant. Hope that helps 🙂

The mere activation of my core section blocks my lungs. Had that issue since my birth. I can just control the diaphragm.

Are you to hold your pee for the whole duration of the exercise per say? I’m having a hard time activating the core with the pelvic, I feel my pelvic is not strong at all. What should I do?

I don't have a problem activating my core standing but I have a problem keeping it activated for long. Using the deep breathing techniques is helping me and I can feel my core working extra when breathing deeply. Thank you.

I am surprised your channel is not more popular! Your energy, speed/pacing, explanation and overall experience is among the best out there! I have saved three of your videos to my exercise routine! One stretch and two workouts! Try uploading weekly or biweekly to play the algorithm, take some time to build up 3-4 months' worth of videos before uploading.
