I love low impact exercise that still kicks my butt and doesn't take too long. This checked those boxes. I appreciated your motivational words cause it was tough!

Thk u Larie. At the mountain climbing part, i had to pause the video to recover frm the fatigue. But overall, i like the exercise. Altho it was only 20mins, i felt like i had done an hr of it. 😅
