Hi Larie! Love you videos! Can you create a workout and ab workout (or both) for us GERD sufferers? I injured my esophagus about seven years ago and ever since then have awful GERD that is medically controlled :(. I am a very athletic and fitness-oriented. I like to workout 5 to 6 days per week but struggle to find abdominal workouts that don't crunch and twist that upper gastric/esophagus area and are non-jumpy (i.e., low-impact yet challenging enough for advanced fitness... I also cannot run anymore as the GERD pays me back later--major lifestyle change as I used to run about 20 miles per week with my double-stroller, lol). I usually just make adjustments to workouts I find, but I thought I'd ask. Many thanks and keep up the great work!!!

How would you do the Russian twists standing? I've lost a lot of weight and I cannot do that normal position on my tailbone
