Today's stretch is intended to make your arms, chest, back, neck, and shoulders feel incredible by working on their mobility and flexibility as well as speeding up recovery through improved circulation to your upper body. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. Man, I had a headache waking up this morning and I was like, “let me try some stretching” cause I felt ridiculous taking ibuprofen first thing in the morning. About minute six into the workout, my headache was gone. It was all built up tension. Feel so much better and proud of myself fo finding an alternative. I listened to my body and I never would have if it wasn’t for Sydney! Very grateful!!

Thank you Sydney for helping me to become the new woman I am. The one who still has MS but is so much more mobile and stronger! These daily stretches for the last 9 months have changed how I feel on a daily. I am no longer in constant pain. I wish others would take stretching something that is medicinal and do it more. You are amazing.

Just wanted to say thank you for being a part of my recovery journey. I ruptured my achilles earlier this year and can completely empathize with your road to recovery from the shooting. It's been amazing watching your recovery, especially the video where you were able to do jumps again for the first time since. I'm not yet at that stage so I can only imagine what that meant to you. You have been such a huge part of my recovery, thank you!

Michelle Kim I wish you good luck on making a full recovery from your injury! 🙏 I just injured my back pretty badly 2 weeks ago (compression fracture in L2 vertebrae), so I am not able to really do much right now, and probably won't be able to exercise for about 12 weeks! This is so hard for a person who is physically active every day (having been working out and dancing for over 35 years!). I keep checking in with Sydney's workouts every couple of days, just to see the workouts, and read the comments. I want to stay connected to the community, even if I can't workout right now. Wow, a ruptured achilles sounds horribly painful, and must take a really long time to recover from!

Stretch done after Level 4 Week 4 Shoulders and Triceps!!! And OH MY!!! What a burner and this stretch was a delicious finisher for the day!

Good morning and congratulations on 800k subscribers! I did today’s stretch after walking outside before the snow starts later on today. my favorite was the end stretch where i tuck and lift up my chin in different direction! I wasn't aware of the level of tightness I had till I did those stretches! Great job Sydney, thanks a lot :)

I haven't stretched in so long... I had a headache all day today and decided to do this before bed. Did it after a warm shower and while wearing a sheet a mask. Now my headache is almost gone and I'm so so sleepy ❤
