It's the breathing exercise that I follow/do along with the video. I needed something to help me do a regular breath exercise each day. Then, I play the written music on piano, but I continue with the original breath exercise!:) love it! I also do a lot of singing, so it helps for that as well.

I still do the breathing exercises in this video. about to get on my Trumpet in a few minutes. as you KNOW. the Trumpet can kick a musician's ass/one can get very frustrated. NOT me, I chose to stick with it. glad you reach out. so, I can watch the video again. I forgot all about it...THANKS.
