Context on Billy Condiff. The ball snapped, the kick was made, he made the kick, thought the game was over, so did the commentators...who wait, Bill Bellechik called a timeout! but thanks to the officials the whistles were blown super late, almost like an extra boost to that "ice the kicker" and the game winning kick was called back and had to do it again. Not a Ravens fan but lived in Baltimore during that time. It was unbelievable. Obviously, just like early 90s Bills fans, they were stupid, and immature, and hated the kicker and blamed him for it.
