Love spaghetti squash. I cook it and keep it in the freezer since the guys in my life eat pasta 2-3 times per week. It’s a great swap!

Do they hold up or are they messy to eat? I find cooked stuffed peppers too messy to deal with

Autumn, do you have any videos on arichoke hearts? How to cook, cut, eat? I just know how to go on tackling the artichoke.

Hi Autumn- Always great to see you 👋 I’d read somewhere that the cooking process in making gummies destroys Vitamin C? 🤔. These are great meal ideas, thanks. ❤❤❤

Anyone know if heat effects protein powder?
@ThaStonedGardner6 күн бұрын
It does not. In fact, heating it makes it a little easier to digest. The nutritional value is not affected.

I place the whole squash in the oven at 400 degrees until it softens and becomes easy to cut in half. Then I bake it. Easy peasy.
@samanthastarzyk72826 күн бұрын
You bake it, cut it in half, and bake it again is what you're saying lmfao
@margrose56 күн бұрын
@ not exactly I said I place it in the oven first just to soften it enough to make cutting it in half easy, then bake it till tender. Go back and read the comment. She mentioned that they are difficult to cut. Hope you find that entertaining enough to continue mocking me.
@samanthastarzyk72826 күн бұрын
@margrose5 you really said "not exactly" then said you bake it first to soften then bake it. So you DO bake it then cut it and bake it.... so yes EXACTLY. It is entertaining 😂😂😂😂
@margrose56 күн бұрын
@ apparently your comprehension of nuance is lacking. NO, I don’t fully bake it and then bake it again. I place it in a hot oven WHOLE in order to soften the outside so it is easier to cut. THEN I bake the two halves face down till the INSIDE (the actual spaghetti squash) is baked and ready to use. What I do is NOTHING like what you made it sound. But then you couldn’t make fun of me. Have at it. I understand what rude and unkind people are like. And you are clearly one of them. OR you are truly not very bright. Maybe both.
@samanthastarzyk72826 күн бұрын
@margrose5 lol you are insulting me by saying I am not bright when I never once said anything like that to you, so does that not make you just the same as "those people"??? Also, I was trying to understand.... so when you place something in the oven it is not baking it? I think regardless you are baking it no? That is what an oven does whether you are baking until warm or until completion.

Hi Autumn! Do you have any recommendations for dressings/sauces for vegetables other than EVOO and vinegar? I love dressings and dips but they all have such dirty ingredients!😝

Amazon should have the coconut butter and I know some store carry it. I have not bought the gummy supplies, but I’m guessing she would answer this.

I use that gummy recipe and just put them in a casserole dish and call them jigglers. Grandkids like them! I like the idea of the gummy bear molds. I’ll look into that!
