I can now see the option to Automatically start replay buffer when streaming, it's under Settings -> General -> Output.
@IPv6Freely3 жыл бұрын
To go along with the scene nesting, you can do the same to groups. Apply the filter to the group and it won't screw up the original source. So, I always put my webcam in a group even if its the only item in the group so that I can add filters to the webcam without screwing it up in other scenes.
@P1xelPerfect3 жыл бұрын
AND AND (you’re really gonna like this one lmao) source mirror. Makes an EXACT clone of whatever you’re mirroring without effecting the original source. So it effectively removes nesting (didn’t know about it at the time I made the video haha)

Another tip for fine tuning things: Right click > Transform > Edit transform... There you can put custom pixel values. You can check your camera's one and e.g. if it's 1000 pixels from the left, you can check the width of your border (let's say it's 20 pixels), you can put 1020 for your webcam for example. You can also do pixel perfect rotation, size, center point, cropping etc. there.

On your tip #8, I wish the developers would incorporate skewing a 16:9 video source. For example, you have a virtual background, and on a wall that's viewed in perspective with a flat-screen TV on it, I want to be able to superimpose the 16:9 video source of my webcam or other video source to match the perspective lines of the TV screen to give it a more realistic look.
@P1xelPerfect3 жыл бұрын
So essentially you would want to line it up perfectly with the tv in the background? like depth wise on the Z axis?

It can be difficult to find the info you need. Last night I was trying to find out which mic was giving audio, USB or webcam. Couldn’t find out in Audio Help file, so had to experiment. Eventually, I figured it out. Also found you could add labels. This is just the way it is with this class of program. Latest version is nicer than ever, well worth the effort to learn, I’m hoping. Good luck!
