Parents can exhibit remarkable courage. Especially in moments of danger! They sometimes have to act like this to protect their children from aggressive animals. We’ve got dads facing off against wild predators. And moms confronting venomous creatures! These parents take no prisoners when it comes to the safety of their beloved children. From the dad who showed a coyote who’s boss to the mom who put a raccoon in its place once and for all, here’s

Agreed! The baby tiger looks photo shopped too. Someone has planted that photo and the story. Absolutely no way is that guy holding that dogs scruff with his teeth. They have the extra skin there so they can manoeuvre, not to mention the sheer body weight of a dog that’s in full momentum going forward in a fight. You’d think a baby falling into a neighbour’s yard might be injured already or a total super freak for climbing the fence for it to fall from! 😂😂

My neighbor saved my life from a dog attack. Our family is forever grateful to Mr. Bahr who saved me. I was ten at the time but that day forever lives in my mind. Fred heard my scream and without hesitation grabbed the dog by his neck and pulled him away from me. I ran back into the house and sadly they had to put the dog down for being a dangerous dog. I felt horrible but understood when I was in my own yard walking down the driveway. The dog decided to jump there fence run up our railroad tides. Grab a hold of me and tried knocking me down and bit me on my side. Shaking it's head back and forth. It was my other neighbor who ran over and saved my life from serious damages the dog could of caused. Without a second thought just held the dog by it's neck who kept trying to attack growl and bite me. Thank you Fred and RIP we our so thankful for you everyday

If he were such a wonderful father, he wouldn't have let his son ride an angry bull in the first place, and certainly wouldn't have supported this kind of animal cruelty together with his son. You wouldn't support a man beating up his dog in front of his kids for no reason, so why would you support this shit? The father who suffered the attack was simply paying back his debt. That's how it should be. And you can't blame the animal for that.

My dads reasoning was "Dont let my family do reckless things" so he just sheltered us and babied us, then turned around and refused to take responsibility when he realised he'd raised 2 useless men who cant function for themselves cos theyre scared of everything and he acted like that was our fault, when all we were doing was what we knew would keep us outta trouble, cos like anything you did that was wrong in my fathers eyes, regardless of wether we knew it was wrong or not, he expected we should know better instinctively and instead of patiently teaching us right from wrong, he just yelled and screamed and occasionally physically disciplined us if we dont something bad enough, like fighting with each other was instantly atleast 3 whackings with the belt. One time i was flogged so severely with the belt that i couldnt go to school because when i did try, the teacher sent me home, cos "I was being a distraction in class" due to me not being able to sit on my scabbed and welted ass cheeks. I've always wondered what its like to have a real dad ay... mine is just a self important narcissist who put marijuana before his wife and kids, and caused 2 more boys to be raised fatherless in this world

I think that I couldn't live anyway with my children or grandchildren gone, knowing I did nothing to help when I could try at least, and since they have their whole life ahead of them while I have lived most of mine already. I think and hope that's what most parents would do. Sometimes people do it also for strangers, and I hope I would do it too at least if it's a child in trouble. But that I can't know for sure, depends on the circumstances I guess.

Not only that, but the first vid, if looking closely, the little girl is coming out of one side of the SUV, then the other side, and back and forth again and again! It's got to be fake, cause how is it two different sides of the vehicle doors open and the girl coming from both? Even the Dad is charging the coyote, from different sides... Doesn't matter which side, they show, the side showing is the same door open and visa versa 🙄🤨

It's heartbreaking that the man died. People get big dogs just for a show and they just let them go. You can't do that. You need to make sure they can't get loose and hurt someone or get hurt themself. People make me so mad. Awful dog owners. When stuff like dog attacks happen, the owner needs to get into trouble to. They always put the animal down but never do anything with the owners.

I was mauled by our American Staffordshire Terrier last month, December 5th, 2023 (the day before my birthday. HBD to me! 🎉😢) as I saved my son's dog and potentially my son, too. Our rescued AmStaff was a very good guard dog, and up until that moment, he had been absolutely great to me and my son. My son's younger dog, 13 months old, was in our home before the AmStaff came to our family, and aside from the new - and bigger - addition to the family thinking he had to establish dominance at first before quickly being corrected and then learning that Dozer, my son's pup, posed no threat to his alpha complex and just wanted to play and hang out, he's a big ol' dorky goofball. With lots of patience and training on my part, White Boy (AKA Dubs) learned that he was not the alpha it our pack, as myself and my son held that role, and from there on there weren't any problems. I don't know what happened or why Dubs snapped that day, but he jumped on Dozer with my son mere feet away. I saw it before it happened, I was already off the porch and on my way, screaming at my mom and son to get the water hose to aid in getting Dubs off of Dozer. I slipped in mud as I was trying to free Dozer, and the slip and tumble of all three of us to the ground made Dubs let go of Dozer, but he turned and latched on to my left leg, shaking and pulling back, ripping through fat and muscle. Within seconds my leg went numb, but I could feel the pressure of the tearing. I was leaning forward trying to keep my body weight as close as possible in an attempt to take away some of the momentum and prevent as much of the ripping as I could, trying to pry his jaws open and screaming at my mom to get my son and Dozer in the house. My son was screaming and kicking Dubs, Dozer was in Dubs face barking and snapping at him trying to defend me, and still screaming for the hose. My mom was in shock and panic mode, halfway shut down, while screaming 'oh my God what do I do?! Oh my God, Kimberly get him off of you, get up!". After she got my son and Dozer on the porch, twice, as they both ran back trying to help, I finally got her to lock them both inside as I'd said the first time. Somewhere in all of that, I'm slipping in more mud and am soaked to the bone, as my son was spraying me and the dog at first because he couldn't stretch the hose out far enough. Dubs had let go and re-latched onto me 3 other times for a total of four times, once on my right hand and wrist. I remember I did something that, looking back, was very stupid of me while desperately trying to get him to let go by biting his nose and ear. I realized later he could've easily gotten my throat or face and killed me without much effort. Had my mom not shown up to bring me a can of corn I'd asked to borrow, he very well still could've killed me. I don't know if he got tired, or if mom yanked him just right, but she grabbed his collar while screaming at him to stop, allowing me to crawl away. I told her to let go while I held him so he didn't grab her next but she refused. Once I was a safe distance from the tie out chain he was on, she let him go and ran to a safe distance. I limp inside, bleeding everywhere, telling her call 911 as I could see there was severe damage under my (brand new and favorite) pair of Nike leggings, I just didn't know how much and of what. I'm soaking wet, shaking from adrenaline, making sure Dozer and my son were safely inside the house. I bled through 3 towels by the time paramedics got there, and when I met them outside and rolled up my pants leg, there was exposed adipose tissue (fatty tissue), some sticking to my pants and falling out onto the steps. 14 hrs in the ER, I was finally discharged. By then all shock and adrenaline were gone, and despite the nerve damage to the surrounding areas, I was feeling it pretty intensely, especially after having to be loosely stitched. I was afraid of more severe damage to ligaments and muscle that the doctor didn't catch on upon the initial exam and scans because the first 3 ½ days I couldn't put weight on it, I'd stand up and just...collapse to the ground. It's been over 6 weeks, and I'm still not fully healed. I have weekly trips to the wound care clinic attached to our hospital for debridement, and had a scary battle with pretty severe infection for 97% of the healing process, which I believe is finally coming to an end, even though my leg is still swollen 2× it's regular size. When I look back and think about the event, it freaks me out, I've had a few severe panic attacks and nightmares of the event. It's a strange mixture between feeling like I'm going to vomit, extreme relief, and indescribable gratitude to God that *I* was the one attacked, not my mom and *ESPECIALLY* not my little boy!! I'm thankful I'm alive, I hate that it happened and that my son witnessed it, hate my mom witnessed it, but so thankful she was there and ultimately potentially saving my life while I was protecting my son and saving HIS puppy's life. Full circle. ♡♡

hate to be like this but sounds like you never fully trained your staffordshire correctly when it came to getting along with other dogs. most pets aren't "attacking for no reason" when it comes to other pets in the household. somethings been wrong and that moment was just the straw that broke the camels back.

@@akiabowens5395those dogs are bred to snap. They're bred to not exhibit the same body language as other dogs because it makes them more deadly fighters. 60% of dog attacks and deaths are from pitbull breeds. And they make up what like 6% of dogs? They lock on and don't let go until they're dead or bored. I've seen a video where they slit the pits throat to try and get it to release someone's little dog it killed and it wouldn't let go until they put a bullet in its head. When will people stop being surprised at their dumb decisions to bring dangerous breeds around children and elderly?

That photo was definitely photoshopped, the tiger almost looks like a cartoon 😂 Holding that dogs scruff with your teeth while it’s in full force front momentum with that body weight- impossible! The Dad that passed away would be my number 1 pick. That dog must’ve been so vicious and scary that it was still attacking him aggressively when the police got there. I’m glad they shot the mongrel dog! What the daughter went through being attacked, then having to watch dad being ripped apart for what must’ve seen like hours, then Dad having to endure that horror caused the heart attack! I hope whoever owned that dog was charged! 🤬 RIP Brave Dad ❤ I have to tell you my story. In Australia in 1969, when Canley Vale, NSW, had rural areas and I was 18 months old, my Grandmother saved my life. There were 2 snakes, a King Brown and a Red-bellied Black snake. Apparently I’d seen them first and wanted to play with them. My mother froze, my Uncle bolted to get his rifle and just as I was bending down to pick up a now coiled King Brown in rushed my Nanna and grabbed me and rushed me away to safety. My Uncle shot at the snakes and scared them away. Given my size and age I definitely would’ve died before we reached Liverpool Hospital. My Nanna also saved me from drowning about 5 years later at the beach. That’s another story. We were always very close. ❤ To all the brave amazing parents in this video from all over the world 🌎 I think you’re all wonderful at protecting your kids. Bless you all. ❤❤

Okay, Great Dad's everywhere... here's a safety tip for you. If you are responsible for getting your children home safely do one of 2 things when you get home. #1- If you're on your own and your partner isn't there to help you this may help from getting your child attacked by wild dogs or in some cases, wildlife... Make sure your car is off and in park (if you're parked on a hill use the emergency brake) leave the children in their car seats and whatever it is you need to unload take out of the car and move it to the porch. Remove your child from the car and take them inside then return for the items on your porch. (Don't forget to lock up the car. #2- Once you've arrived home and your partner is there call them on the cell phone and let them know you're home and need some help. If they're any kind of good parent like you, they will come outside and assist in bringing the child inside while you unload the car. (You can also do this with an older child capable of helping. This way, you won't need to fight off a wild animal as it's trying to steal your baby and eat it. That is all.

People who own dogs that act aggressively are not necessarily bad owners. Sometimes the dogs show no aggression at all, and suddenly attack. They escape from the fenced-in yard and charge. They may become territorial or go into “protect” mode. This happens more often when the owners have more than one dog. Two or more dogs become a pack and act instinctually. Owners who let their dogs run without leashes and fail to have their pets properly vaccinated are bad pet owners.

A male goat charged my son. I grabbed the goat by the horns because I knew this goat too well. He doesn't miss a charge and won't stop. I was stuck holding onto that goat for a long time since my son didn't want to leave me alone to go get help (he was scared and worried for me and only 4 years old). Don't mess with momma bear.

The neighbors need to keep their dogs on a leash next time. They are obviously dangerous and will attack. To come after a child like that, them dogs can't be trusted. That baby wasn't doing nothing and they tried to attack him.
