I'm trying to shift and I've been really trying lately like I try to remember to say affirmations throughout the day and I meditate sometimes and go over my script before I go to bed/ or try to shift and I think its gonna really help me! And I love watching your videos and I'm so glad your back!! 😊

I have been trying to shift off and on since around 2021. I try not to loose hope but sometimes it is hard to keep motivation. I feel like I have never gotten close enough, and have never mini-shifted. I want to so badly and I know deep down I can and I have the ability too but it's hard. I have been seeing a lot of angel numbers recently and thought maybe I should pick up shifting again so here I am. I have faith in the universe and I know whatever happens is the right path for me.

Can someone give me advice on the final push? Like, I’ve been having the tunnel symptom, seeing white lights and feeling like my soul getting pulled out of my body but I’m somehow still here. I’ve tried grounding myself and exploring my DR bedroom with 5 senses, but I just wake up in my bed. Does anybody know/ have tips on what to do?

I've shifted before and let me tell you that there is no such thing as the final push (also confirmed by other fellow shifters) once you've set the intention you're GOING to shift and it's all based on intention. And maybe just maybe while shifting you're somehow aware of yourself being in you're cr, so you need to gaslight yourself into thinking Ur in Ur cr and on top of that you need to ignore your symptoms and let go off the process. If you stress too much ab it it's gonna be a longer process!! Ml have you tried meditating asw? It's super easy and gets you into the state!!

Do you have any recommendations for people who have gotten close and even reached multiple DRs several times, but still can't get shifting down to something I can do regularly? Like, it still feels like a big deal to even get there for one night in a row even though I have done it multiple times before now, and I know that I have. It's like I just can't make the link in my brain to be able to do it regularly?? I'm at the point now where I am so ready to be able to do it on a regular basis because of all the shit that's going on in my CR, as well as the fact that I've been trying for almost 4 years now?? My 4 year anniversary is literally Halloween of this year. I know you're saying not to do all these things in this video, but how do u stop ur brain from being a stupidhead when it generally is being that way about everything?? I literally had to take a 4 month break bc of this and now I'm back and ready to try again but I just don't know what to do hahahaha you're literally like my shifting big sister idk what I would do without you I literally found shifting bc of u I just wanna say thank u so much

the vids just tips, know you can always be like AGHHH and you’ll still shift !!!! i’ve been struggling with this recently as of well honestly, and what i’m going to do is the advice i’m going to give you ! take baby steps. if i try to do a whole routine like i used to have, i’m going to get overwhelmed. find what works for us one night, and see if we can attempt at least once a week!
