It is going to take me awhile to acquire that level of endurance. Well done. Thank you.

YES! Slide boards are great for HIIT! We use them at the gym all of the time for interval work! And thank you! Kiwi is my star although she does get a bit scared when I do the side to side!

It is a legit good slide board especially for something so portable. If you already have a slide board, combining these moves with my other slide board video showing ones using my custom ones at the gym will provide you with some killer workout options!

Love the full extensions this equipment provides. Can i ask what the dimensions of the board you are using? Thanks Cori! Kiwi lying down watching you is exactly what my dog does when I work out.

So the ones at the gym are 8 feet with adjustments. This one is 5 feet so especially great if you've never used a board before. And kiwi was so unsure of it when I went side to side but kept wanting to creep in after that.

Hi Cori. this is off topic from this video but was wondering if you know of a way to strengthen and perhaps help the healing of a umbilical hernia? It is a mild case and considering my options. Long time follower 50yr old male.

Have you seen a doctor to get physio? That could be great as they could slowly progress you through breathing exercises and properly engaging your core. It will be key for you to regress for awhile and learn how to properly brace!

Hi cori I want ask you what's the better program chest with triceps and back with biceps or chest with biceps and back with triceps for one who want build muscles. Other thing can i train 3 muscles in one session or it's too much . Sorry for my bad english
@redefiningstrengthOC6 жыл бұрын
You can combine and work as many muscles groups in a workout as you choose. It then comes down to how many moves per body part and even frequency of training over the week. What also makes something "right" is your GOALS and current routine. What is right may vary dramatically based on these things. If you are really interested in workout design, you may want to consider my Training Black Book! academy.redefiningstrength.com/p/the-dynamic-workout-design-training-black-book

Redefining Strength thank you for your answer but i have to tell you in my country there is no way to buy online i don't have mastercard or visa or any stuff like that and if there is 297 usd is very very big price for me i can't pay for it , anyway thank you for your interaction .

Chest/Triceps and Back/Biceps are complementary muscle groups. Usually when you work chest, your tris are involved, and when you work back, your biceps are involved. That's why people work them in together. As such, the alternative you mentioned would not be ideal if done without rest (in my opinion). However any program can work for you. The most important thing is that it keeps you interested. I swap between full body 3x a week, upper/ lower 4 days a week, and push/ pull/ legs six days a week. Another popular combo is working biceps and triceps together and chest and back together. These are agonist/ antagonist pairs. The best program is the one that works for you, mentally and physically, and helps you achieve your goals as was mentioned already.

You shouldn't be mad. You don't have to pay for all of this quality content and I get to provide you all with even more content and amazing pieces you can add to your arsenal. These moves work on ANY slide board and as I mentioned at the beginning I have custom ones at the gym, and even a video using those. I love providing my clients with options to improve their fitness, and I love this slide board as they can use it anywhere, even a small apartment. Portable and high quality. Win win!
