So when you go out to eat do you have to specify you don’t want the tap water???
@WanderlustWellman25 күн бұрын
Luckily no, the restaurants will generally not use tap water for drinking water. When in doubt, just ask for a bottle of water

I have a nut allergy, is it hard to find food without nuts in Bali?
@WanderlustWellman23 күн бұрын
Great question - I do think a lot of local food/food from warungs COULD have peanuts/nuts in them (depending on the dish). I'm not an expert on nut allergies and I know there is a lot of variance for people's severity/what food is included, so I honestly don't feel too comfortable commenting on this. I did find this blog post, which could be useful! www.jetsetchristina.com/how-to-travel-to-bali-with-a-peanut-allergy-safely-tips-from-someone-who-lives-there-with-a-life-threatening-nut-allergy/

There is alot of peanut sause in many Asian kitchens and unless it's a 5 star rating, I highly doubt things are separated in their kitchen s. Bring lots of Epi Pens! 😮

. Lots of peanut sauce in every single Warung and restaurants. Bring many Epi Pens or definitely not recommended going to Asian Countries. Even the airport and airplanes served a bowl of fresh roasted peanuts which were so delicious but I definitely thought about people like you. It's not safe.
