If I was buying stock replacement arms for Larry I'd get Moog control arms off of RockAuto. Uppers are only $36 each and come with new ball joints and bushings already installed. That's half of what OReillys charges for them.

I have a 98 c1500 4 inch rc lift and be very careful i bent 2 sets of uca arms so I went with 3/4 to one ton factory ucas and a 1 inch aluminum ball joint spacers wich are designed for 4 to 6 inch spindle lifts keeps ball joints at better vertical position and keeps control arms further up away from frame now if you do go with the heavy duty uca I got mine at O'Reillys the come with bigger ball joints bigger shafts on ball joint won't fit in spindle I had a fab shop weld 2 1/4 inch plate steel top and bottom then using the 1/2 ton ball joints they had to drill into the controll arms the bolt pattern is different there isn't enough meat on control arms without reinforcing it with plates and this not only makes it fit it was my only option as I bent 2 sets my tires new tires are 33 12.50 r 15 and pretty heavy now good luck trying to find uca for your c1500 I tried for weeks online no luck they make them for lowering c1500 not for lifting not to say the could work but before I purchased the new ucas I brought had them lay the factory 1/2 ton and the 3/4 ton on the table to compare and the where they bolt to frame is exact fit and it worked this is my only daily work vehicle and it sucked big time the heavy duty ucas are Great the plate steel welded gussets make the outer edge unbendable and it allows for drilling so your 1/2 ton ball joint will fit now my alignment shop wich I trust 100 said with the spindle lift its hard to get camber perfect but I'm within chevys parameters I think my next project May include notching the alignment hole on frame a little bigger and so bolt will move inward a touch more the facing up new and slightly larger alignment washers to make up the difference so it will stay locked fab shop had to use carbide air bits to ream out for ball joint bolts 2 of the holes line up by the way 2 need to be drilled do not drill into control arm without reinforcing with plate steel there is not enough Meat in 2 of the holes each arm was 160 you might find cheaper online but I wanted to see in person that they line up and would work I can send pics if you want

To correct the camber on the c1500 with the stock upper control arm you can bolt the ball joint to the bottom and add a spacer between them if needed.

The only company that makes upper control arms for 88-98 C1500s is Chassis Tech on eBay. I have a 1995 C1500 and I’m running them, and they absolutely great. Yes, that are tubular. Cognito also makes a pitman/idler arm brace kit, that bolts under the center link and prevents it from twisting. Makes a WORLD of a difference. Lmk if you want the links!

I'm a born in 70's lived in 80's fella so I tend to gravitate to keepin wheels with the generation of the trucks era. For Larry, I think you should go back old school, similar the 16x10 and 33s with the offroad/mud graps that you did back in Oct 2019. I think the following wheels could look good on Larry (Or even Earl too): -American Racing Baja AR172 (might be similar to the 16x10 and 33s you had at the time) -American Racing AR62 Outlaw II -American Racing Ventura -American Racing AR23 -American Racing Ar910 -American Racing Ar901 -Ultra Type 164 (might be similar to the 16x10 and 33s you had at the time) -Ultra Type 5051 -Ultra Type 62

I miss the Mud Graps version of Larry. Down on those tires made Larry so dang aggressive. No need to lift a 2 wheel drive. Larry is meant for some old school cruising.
