4:04 It may be because in London, the power runs at 50Hz, so it's probably electrically tuned for 50Hz. Doesn't Canada and the US work at 60Hz?

the flicker is because it was made in London and so has a frequency of 50hz whereas the amazon one was made for 60hz the difference is 25fps and 24fps if you were to put your camera to 25fps the flicker would go from the 500$ sign but would appear on the moon on vice versa.

Ok. So it doesn't matter where the led light comes from or is made in when it comes to it flickering on camera. If the switching frequency has been set a bit low by the factory, you'll see flicker. In theory you can change the frequency but i don't know if the user can do it themselves or not (i mean one can defenitely do it, I just don't know how difficult or easy would it be)

Only if the shutter speed is 1/40 and 1/80 shutter speed on the Fujifilm. Nothing on the Canon works

I once shipped an antique neon sign and even though I packed it so carefully in bubble wrap and HD box. It traveled 1,000mi and Yes it arrived 😞 broken. Never again would I ship neon!
