Just for future context the sidemen don't have a producer. They have a rotor and the 7 of them take turns preparing videos. They're not like faze or team 10 or anything they're just a group of friends who decided to make KZbin videos together

I think it's no longer the case. I mean, they still take turns with ideas but they now have a manager and production team. Mainly for managing their merch, vodka and food chain. They definitely have a proper team now.

If you liked this vid, a similar and arguably funnier vid from a while ago is the original Sidemen Speed Dating P.s. Yes "pissed" means "drunk" but I think he meant it as "annoyed". NHS stands for National Health Service so you were pretty much right. In the recording, Harry actually smoked but they cut it out so as not to get demonitised so that's why whe said it. Harry has said recently that he hates smoking he just did it for the video.

Harry is very socially awkward so even when he was doing good he thought he was bombing and didn’t know what to talk to about, he just lacks some confidence and once he gets comfortable he’s a pretty fun dude, just needs to work on his people skills. But he actually did pretty good in most of the dates and thankfully the guys let him use talk to them without too much sabotage, also he has his awkwardness and charm which does get you somewhere.
