Whoever wrote the script knows little about motorcycle history from this era.

Looks aren't everything, and some of these bikes look a damn sight better than the plastic covered shite sold today!

Kawasaki Z1-R was one of the most beautiful bikes of the time, as was the Harley XLCR and XR-750. Opinions vary.

The XR750 is ball bustingly beautiful

It's kinda funny that alot of those bikes were Harleys! Just saying! Lol

As a young teenager I met the owner of the Rokon bike company. He informed me that the Bike's name is a ROCK' ON. Not Rokon. The current company does call the bike a Rokon.

I won't go into the 750S Modern iteration shown like it was the OG '73. Everybody hates it but it was sought out for being so good? Bicycle pedals but no bicycle pedals are on it . . . and close @ 4:33. Those who watched far enough can harp on the XR, CR and Z1. Some days I feel like these need flagging and deletion for blatant ignorance and click farming. I want my view number back.

I had a Yamaha XS 650. Great bike with a great engin. There is a fallowing for them and many people mod and chop them.

4:40 Where are the bicycle pedals? Someone needs to do more research. This machine was for children, not to be used on public roads. 8:10 That is a nose fairing, not a full fairing. I've never ever seen one in any other colour than the one in this video.

They should reintroduce this model today. They would sell a ton of them. It was ahead of it's time.

I owned 2 of them, a 1976 and 1977, they were slow and hopelessly underpowered at only 40 horsepower, and handled like a keg of beer. Reliable? yes Fast and nimble? Fork NO..... "Great?" you gotta be kidding!

I like most of the bikes he thinks are ugly. Whats ugly to me is the Japanese sport bikes of today...that he probably orgassms over.

My first running Harley was a 78 XLCR. But it didnt have the fairling ir back fender of it. Instead it looked like a 79 XL WITH a wierd piece of frame on the back top of the frame As if you can make a 79 sporty look uglier And i didnt learn. My next one was a 79 Both i bought as basket cases and built up to run. Oh forgot it had a peanut tank akso
