I have Jupiter in Leo and Pluto in Scorpio not on the degrees you mention yet the Sagittarius sun bit in me is always up for new. I wouldn't worry so much, I think that you being a aquarius sun is more important than pluto transiting your 4th house...also saturn contracts, and the transit is much shorter, so it feels more stressful etc...also in the sign of aquarius, which is ruled by saturn,it can feel even harsher! Whatever happened in the past 3 years, you learned the lesson etc, and now in a much slower way, you will probably feel empowered (since.you are an aquarius sun)
