Интересно было посмотреть как строят в южных страна....Это всегда опыт. Спасибо! У нас на севере, где температура зимой -30 и отопительный сезон 7 месяцев, конечно такие решения не приемлемы. Понравилось как вы собираете опалубку, очень экономно, но качество и цель от этого не страдает. Ещё раз спасибо за тур по строительству!👍

Hi! Asian old city areas are so congested that when someone buy an old property they demolish the old building and construct a new one in the same plot almost gagged by surrounding buildings. The City Authorities are often bribed to sanction the plan. However, may God fulfill your wish to have a grand villa on the mountains. Love from India.

Về cơ bản thợ làm đc, chỉ có điều mình góp ý chân thành đó là các xà thay vì dùng có 2 cây sắt thì theo mình nên dùng 3 cây rồi uốn khoảng 6-8 vòng hình tam giác đan thêm sắt giống như đổ trần sẽ gánh đc nhiều, chịu lực cực chất, còn các trụ thay vì chỉ dùng thép buộc nên hàn thật chắc lại mới chuẩn nhé, buộc xong thì đi hàn lại chỉ tốn có 100 nghìn que hàn nhưng đổi lại đc độ chắc của trụ cực cao, nếu bạn làm thợ chuyên nghiệp nên học thêm kiến thức thi công sẽ mang lại cho mình thương hiệu, đôi khi tiết kiệm 1 chút sẽ ảnh hưởng chất lượng sản phẩm

Eine sehr gute Bautechnik. Ein Haus mit sehr weniger Platz, aber sehr gut gebaut. Sehr feine Technik in der Foundament- und Armaturbau. Eine schön moderne Haus!

Vâng có tâm lắm, tâm phải đi đôi vs tầm nữa nhé. Coi mới mấy phút là hết muốn xem nữa. Ván khuôn có tại sao kg mang ra be móng mà xây gạch, nhiêu đó là thấy có tâm rồi. Vị trí móng tiếp giáp thành đất sao kg lấy bao xi măng bắn đinh che lại giúp chủ nhà mà để đổ luôn đó là cái tâm thứ 2. Cổ trụ sao lúc làm móng kg đổ tới cos đáy dầm luôn mà phải đổ cắt đoạn như v, dễ làm cho tổ đội nhưng trụ bị yếu đó là cái tâm thứ 3. Đổ bê tông cổ trụ từ trên xuống bê tông sẽ phân tầng, lớp dưới toàn đá, ở giữa là cát, đó là cái tâm thứ 4. Sắt râu chờ để xây tường tiếc gì mấy kg sắt phi 6 mà chờ ngắn cũn cỡn rồi sau này sao bẻ đầu neo vào tường, cái này là cái tâm thứ 5 vì đã tiếc kiệm cho gia chủ. Lanh tô cửa 20x20 sao kg chờ thép ở đầu trụ để neo vào, cái tâm thứ 6. Thép lanh tô ô văng nếu tiết kiệm thì đi 3 cây sắt 10 cố định bằng đai tam giác vào chứ, đó là cái tâm thứ 7. Tổ đội này nói chung máy móc thiết bị đầy đủ đó.

Big drawback is the brickwall made with no horizontal and vertical steelbars. I would prefer the walls to be build with concrete hollow blocks with vertical at hole intervals and horizontal bars at every layer to add reinforcement in case of an earthquake.

Visit almost any old urban tenement and you'll see windows facing walls all over the place. At least those who had the dark rooms, had rooms. They weren't living on the street where they have plenty of room, but all outdoors.@@corners23251
