Just looking at this video and the overall quality of buildings in Vietnam, the builders and architect (I don't think they use them there) needs to be better trained and improved and permitted once they have a license to build.

Tôi nói với bạn 1 điều là ở Vietnam's kg có tuyết . phía nam Vietnam's chỉ có 2 mùa là mua khô năng và mùa mưa ở phía bắc có 4 mùa nhưng vì việt nam là vùng nhiệt đới nên mùa đông chỉ lạnh và không có tuyết

O trabalho em equipe foi ótimo com uma excelente sincronização. As escolhas dos materiais foram de primeira, desde a fundação até o telhado. Porém achei que faltou um pouco de estética por quem a projetou, refiro-me ao seu modelo na parte externa. Creio que irá faltar o brilho nos olhos de quem a vê! Contudo parabéns pelo seu lar!

Quan trọng họ có dồn thợ để làm hay không thôi. Thực tế thì hay bị bóc tách thợ đi nơi khác khởi công nữa nên thời gian bị kéo ra

Excelente filmación del proceso de principio a fin, la casa esa va a durar mínimo 100 años, la cantidad de ladrillos e hierro que se puso bien se podría haber hecho el primer piso más alto en los costados y hacer un departamento cómodo con materiales livianos, aunque también se lo podría agregar con el correr del tiempo, felicitaciones 👍

If the columns are the only thing that support the weight, then yeah they are not big enough. But if look closely, the outer walls are built with 2 layers of bricks. So the columms + the outer walls are more than enough to support the second floor.

Không có chừa ống thoát nước mưa tạc chỗ mái hiên , không có chờ sẵn 1 viên gạch để nguồn điện lên tầng trên, không chừa sẵn 1 đường ống để thoát nước bồn rửa chén trong nhà. Sây nhà rộng thì rộng thật nhưng thiết kế còn thô sơ quá . Nên kết hợp cùng thợ điện nước đi sẵn nhiều thứ sẽ khiến căn nhà hiện đại hơn . Chứ say xong tô lót men rồi đi âm cũng không tốn kém khá nhiều, đi nổi nhìn không gọn gàng. Tóm tắc: sây và mẫu nhà đạt, thiết kế thiếu nhiều chỗ cần khắc phục về sinh hoạt.

Тонкие стены, преимущество теплого климата! А пузырьковый уровень я так думаю это у них БАЛОВСТВО! Ну а стропильная система кровли, это просто вершина инженерной мысли! Не удивительно что при землетрясениях у них так много жертв. Сарайчик зачетный вышел за 2 месяца!
