YO! In case anyone doesn't know, Only Connect is a quiz show with this format and it has tons of full episodes on KZbin, a good introduction may be the episode where Tom Scott was a contestant. The thing i find most helpful for only connect is this: If you're sure a guess is a category, but there are too many options, set it aside for later rather than trying to brute force it. Think about what *else* those words could be first. Usually there's something which only four words could fit, helping rule out combinations of the obvious categories for later when you have restricted guesses.

Just because I haven't seen anyone put it here yet, if anyone wants to know the answers to that fiendish one. Hugo, Tyson, Wilde, Chaplin. Famous people whose first names are in the NATO Phoenetic Alphabet. VICTOR Hugo, MIKE Tyson, OSCAR Wilde, CHARLIE Chaplin Holyfield, Lewis, Foreman, Douglas. Undisputed Heavyweight Boxing Champions Gerwshin, Orwell, Bush, Washington. People named George Garfield, Taylor, Harrison, Lincoln. Presidents who died in office. So, basically NL was on the right track, the categories were just a little more specific and there was a lot of crossover so you need to figure out all the categories at the same time. And no, I obviously didn't solve it myself, I just let the clock run out to see what the answers were.
