Not really as you can see that he only made krill unconscious as you can see him struggling and wriggling as aurthur makes him drink the concoction. Also I don’t think it was venom in the movie it was blood (I can be wrong) plus he also added some powder and extra stuff to make it lethal. If the cops do check it there will he witnesses saying he does this ritual regularly so it will simply show up as overdose or as he said possible suicide.
