People declared war on artificial intelligence that killed one million people in 2055

People who progress very quickly in artificial intelligence develop a lot, but one day there will be a huge nuclear explosion and millions of people lose their lives, people blame robots for this and a great war begins.

Any mechanical designer who designed a robot/android/cyborg with a hole through its head would probably get fired. Who ever came up with this concept should have been fired to prevent this abominable design from appearing on screen.
