With Simple as the user's ability it becomes +2, but for whatever reason, Mean Look apparently remove the "No Retreat" affect, (the affect that simultaneously trap the user and make the move only usable once.) Allowing the user to use the move No Retreat once more for a +4 Boost in all stats.
