Patna Food Series Begins
So I wanted to visit Patna for long. I was getting a lot of request to cover Patna and its Ahuna Mutton. I finally made a plan and collaborated with Foodie Robin who helped me to explore Patna. I started my food journey with Raju champaran which is a famous eatery in Patna. I saw how people in Patna love Mutton and Chicken especially made in a handi. I ordered for Ahuna Mutton and Chicken with Mutton Stew. They also serve litti made on a coal. The place sells more than 200 Kgs of Mutton Daily. The Kitchen was not as clean as they cook in large quantities and cleanliness suffers. Check out my reaction to our 1st experience in Patna
