Today I'm DEEP in the Nepali countryside to cook a village style Nepali food with the incredible chef and KZbinr ‪@KanchhiKitchen‬ . We are going to be preparing an entire goat from start to finish to feed the whole village (around 60 people!!). This is an unforgettable experience you are NOT going to want to miss!
Huge thank you to Prakesh and Kanchhi for this incredible opportunity and the delicious food. Nepali food has surprised me with it's vast diversity and unique tastes and today was no exception.

This video just transported me back to my village. I can't wait to go back to my village, whenever I can, and organise a similar feast. The West should know and observe how everything was gathered locally and there was absolutely zero waste. People elsewhere have been practicing this for so so long. And, the sad thing is we may even lose these traditions in one or two decades.
