Impressive Penthouse, Amazing review as always. But what's the point of such flamboyant apartments when the average person in Cameroon cannot afford them? who will spend 1m per night in Buea, to stay in that apartment. I encourage businessmen who have a vision to transform the lodging industry in Cameroon, however this should be a gradual process, matching it with the spending power of the average Cameroonian. I don't even want to imagine, or say who I think are the type of individuals who will have the "mboma" heart to spend such money for a night stay in Buea. I would really be surprised if this is the only penthouse in the whole of Cameroon. If so, that’s sad. Secondly, it looks good but expectations should be higher for 1m a night. Good quality and well done but check out some penthouses in Ghana and Nigeria and this is a standard apartment in comparison. Don’t let mediocre things excite you, demand more for your money people.

There is a very big improvement for hotels and guesthouses in Cameroon, something we cannot ignore, but for 1 million my friend, you have exaggerated, watching the video, there is nothing luxurious in this apartment, as you say, sometimes before pricing you have to do a good research for good business, and again it seems to be noisy because when the guy gets approached the balcony, I heard the sound of motorbikes, you have space, you can redesign the place for the value of the price you set.

The only reason I liked the video is because of your presentation and friendliness. This penthouse is beautiful has great furnitures but it’s overrated. I will not spend even $1000 dollar for it reason why? The location is poor, the outdoor view is poor, the restaurant space is too tight, the pool is average, furniture by the pool is nice but not very comfortable and looks like a living room, the rooms are nice. They should add additional activities. You can’t pay $2000 for that please. They should take people site seeing and many things. Yes the price may be 1M because the person has to breakeven real fast before it becomes old etc but constant class and renovations will keep a standard price of maximum 200,000frs per night forever. Worst of all two rooms sharing a bath. This is too exaggerated na. The masters bedroom is just so so average. The natural plants are awesome. Nice presentation.

The day i went to film someone was checking out. A footballer based in buea stayed there for 3weeks in December left for yaounde and the penthouse was still unavailable.
