Great bit of information on a cool little machine , i have a Suzuki king quad 300 4x4 winch uses the same engine

that front fitting you have the vent hose connected to is actually a vacuum port for the king quad fuel pump. Same engine and carburetor. You have a massive vacuum leak like that which is why you had a hard time tuning it. Put a plug on that fitting and reset everything to stock. It will run perfect.

Just some my op Don’t buy these cheap e bay carbs Clean and fix the factory carb If it’s messed up find one used in good condition If u do use a cheap carb keep the original I won’t buy them unless I am in a pinch or something

Front diff is same as thw king quad 300, motor trans and diff are all one piece and also 100 percent suzuki. I agree about the wheel.bearing
