Love Coach Campo, the amount of "dead money" on the cap to retired players or playing in other teams (Leon Lett) ..... heartbreaking to see Troy's career end how it did....true Cowboys hero, legend ..for me...Troy was the 3rd greatest Cowboy if all time for what he did off the field as well. Showing up for Michael in court, the very very little known story of the TD he scored in preseason in 94 vs the Raiders for a dying little boy...a TD that left him with blood all over his jersey and streaming from his chin ...not to mention the whiplash affect watching his head snap back. The second time he almost died on the field (first being the amazing TD pass he threw in Arizona 1989)....and our gutless fans booed him and called for a LOSER Randal Cunningham to replace him....I a Lifelong fan since 1976 in Philadelphia....still cannot live with that and that sob Randall could have won the OT game here in Philly if he just ran the damn ball in from the 5 yard line. Troy scrambled to make a little boy's dream come true exchanging a very dangerous hit for a child's wish....and Cunningham could not do that to win a game. I was sitting at the Vet field level that day. This was also the year Owens became public enemy 1#..... over-taking Joe Thiesmann....and the day George Teague became an absolute hero forever in the history of America's Team. I got to meet Darren Woodson outside the Cowboys locker st the Vet that day of the overtime loss. Darren saw me in his jersey as walked right over to me and signed for me. Finally, the final hit Troy would take and Anthony Wright coming in a dropping two bombs on Deion and that same game avenging the cheapest shot on Troy... Alonzo Spellman dragging Jeff George literally across the field like hunted prey....and the wearing of the fedora patch for the passing of not only the greatest Cowboys coach of all time, the greatest football coach ever....Thomas Wade Landry. .that was the 2000 Dallas Cowboys
