I35's are one of the secret amazing cars of the decade. Stylish, comfortable, lots of power and excellent gas mileage...oh, and they cost nothing, have amazing resale value from here and are incredibly reliable.
@mydecember19858 жыл бұрын
Agreed. I'm actually still looking to find another pristine one with 50k miles or so under $7-8k just to hold onto it til one of our others dies. We only get 24-26 mpg on our aging i30, but the "new" i35 is getting between 27-28 after 2 tanks so far. Bigger engine but better mileage. Whhaaaaatttt?? I think the bad O2 sensor is causing the lesser mileage. Downstream rear sensor has been throwing a code for 4 years and i'm finally replacing it Friday. Along with the first time I've done a trans, power steering, and coolant flush in almost 80k miles. Long overdue but still going great.

I have the Infiniti i30 2001 one owner car with 253,000 + miles on it. I bought it for $600 at the auction and drove it on a 32 hour trip from Boston to College station Texas without a stop except to buy gas and little rest time. Its amazing how smooth and great this car drives, The AC is out of this planet, all functions work and paint still great. i am loving it right now and will be keeping it for a longer time to come.

Picked up a 2001 i30T with 97k miles for 2500. Owner took are of it and the undercarriage looks brand new aside from the regular wear such as the clear coat, some cracking on the driver's seat, minor scuff and scratches on the body. I'd say I did good.

Drove a 1999 across the country, always comfortable and silky smooth 6 never broke a sweat. I still remember being impressed by it at one point going through Arizona, doing 90 up a steep hill in 120+ degree weather, AC on full blast. That was the only time it ever felt like it was under any sort of load.

FLJAMESFL Great car...stylish, practical and fun to drive. It's crazy that Infiniti discontinued the line. I love the G series but there was still room on the showroom floor and in customer's hearts for the I series. I own a 2001 Infiniti I30 that’s Mahogany Pearl Metallic with a Buff (light tan) interior. I’m the second owner. I bought mine February 14, 2006. At purchase my “I” had 32,428 miles on the odometer. Now it’s September 2019 and my I30 has 64,164 miles. I have always used Premium Unleaded 93 Octane Gas. One of my best friends bought a new 2001 Millennium Green I30 in late 2001. When I drove that car I was amazed by the handling, power, the attention to detail, the fit and finish, how incredibly plush and luxurious that car was inside and out. I decided I would own one ASAP! I bought one as soon as it was within reach and was in as near as new condition as possible. I still think the exterior and interior design is stunning and fresh. The Bose stereo remains crisp and powerful. All Power Amenities function as if new. My local Infiniti dealer tells me they believe my I30 to be the finest “specimen” on the road. It is in EXCELLENT CONDITION inside and out. My car has always been maintained by the local Infiniti dealership. I still have a Infiniti battery under the hood. I have had many cars - new and classic. This is my favorite car. I have no plans to part with this pristine beauty. Other than wanting to share my opinions and experiences with this magnificent automobile and reviewing it from an owner’s perspective, I want to know if there are any Infiniti Car Clubs in the USA? Maybe the South?

Best review ever. In many ways they are the end of an important generation of Japanese cars and though I don't know if they'll ever be collectible, they'll definitely start appreciating in the next few years...and then you'll start seeing early Maxima and I30/I35 clubs.

I bought a 2000 Infiniti I30 on Apr 2015 with 205k miles. So far, it is the best car I ever have! It has 271k now(Oct 2016). The engine is smooth, powerful, it sounds good and got 28 mpg all the time(90% highway) and have seen 33 mpg on long road trip! Looking forward to make the 300, 500k or even 1 million miles mark! And Infiniti should make a new one this day.

I got the 2000 Infiniti i30 from my parents. It still runs great. The power is phenomenal for me. Although there are more exterior dings and interior scratches (such as the broken compartment door on the dashboard) than the one in the video, I feel like I can drive this car forever. IM Product Review The best advise is to get a buyer's inspection before you buy at an Infiniti dealer, not an independent mechanic, an Infiniti dealer. Infiniti uses a proprietary data system that allows them to see every record of every Infiniti everywhere in the country. This information is so invaluable in a buyer's inspection. Trust the dealer to tell you what the car needs and you are good to go. Don't be afraid if a car or two fails the inspection. Losing $129 to avoid buying a bad car is the best money you will ever spend.
