@dantheman6931 it is a 4.5" lift. Sorry it took so long to get back to you with an answer. -Dutch

I would have put anti seize on the axle spline as well. Those splines have a tendency to seize up.

@@jagpilotohio Good luck in getting it replaced brother! I hope it goes smooth.

Don’t they just sell entire half shaft units for $60 bucks? Why not replace the entire unit rather than screwing around rebuilding the U joints??
@dutchmenmodsandrepairs142711 ай бұрын
Any half shaft for the XJ that is $60 won't be going in my ride. Besides, sometimes doing something and learning is worth more than removing and replacing...just about anyone can do that. Just my 2 cents! :) -Dutch

@@dutchmenmodsandrepairs1427 lol! I see. Well my ‘95 is a complete rust bucket with 250,000 miles on it. My left side u joint is toast but I intend to do whatever is cheapest and fastest to keep it running another year or two. One of these days my feet will go through the floorboard and it’ll be time to bury her. I can’t get myself to sell it because it’s so cheap and easy to work on.

@@jagpilotohio hey I completely understand! Sometimes that is exactly what we have to do to keep 'em going. Thanks for watching the video! -Dutch
