The absolute best unboxing video ever. My wife and I cracked up at all of it, but especially "3 days later". I got a DOF Reality Professional P3 motion simulator... it says on their website it takes 30 minutes to 2 hours to setup. Took 2 of us working non-stop 22 hours (and a hack saw) to get it completely set up! Bravo my brother, bravo!!!

I cba to list my whole setup with exact names but i do know its somewhere in the 4 to 6ks. I obviously didnt get it all at once. Do you know where to get an emergency stop button just for extra security if i cant let go of the wheel?

Beceause the steering wheelbase on these setups is so strong that when something gets stuck between the wheel you can get serious injuries, some wheels even output 40+nm of torque. Thats enough to break something.

Because the Podium wheel is direct drive, leading to a power output several times as powerful as a normal wheel. In comparison, the Logitech G920 (a popular consumer wheel) has 2.2 Nm of torque, the Thrustmaster TX (another popular consumer wheel) makes about 4.4. This wheel makes 20 or so Nm of torque, so losing control of the car can injure your hand if you're not careful or if you don't have a motor killswitch.
