@@ishid_anfarded_king I would say that it is just as common. The prevalence of one set up over another just depends on the crowd. Obviously there are folks who still use optical drives. Otherwise why waste resources making physical copies of a game? Sure there are people who choose to go without the optical drive but I can tell you there are many that still do optical disk drives. Myself included. It's not just for nostalgia, the dvdrom drive still has it's uses. Hell I am considering on upgrading my optical drive to bluray.

This brand new flight simulation game, although should have been named "Microsoft Flight Simulator 11" since it's a revival installment of the Microsoft Flight Simulator series, is fantastic! Too bad you can't see actual crashes of aircraft unlike the previous installments. But it's really enjoyable, and so was this excellent video, so I will look forward to purchasing the physical DVD release when it comes out here in the United States.
