Gave fiets heb dezelfde ik zie dat je aardig wat mooie mods heb gedaan, ik ben mijne aan het klaar maken voor richting marokko… lijkt me leuk om wat meet te weten te komen over jou modificaties. Mvg Youri

Hoelang ben jij als ik vragen mag. Ikzelf ben 1.80 en vraag me af als ik hem verhoog of hij noet te hoog word ik heb je een vriendschap verzoek gestuurd. Zit zelf ook in de transalp groep

@@basynl Ik ben zelf 1.92 en kan net niet met beide voeten plat op de grond. Zou met jouw lengte geen probleem moeten zijn, je kan met 1 voet nog prima bij de grond. Ik heb vrienden van 1.80 die op 10cm+ verhoogde africa twins offroad rijden zonder problemen.

I’ve never seen this model before it looks a whole lot like the dominator NX 650 but with v-twin.

It’s a whole lot bigger than a dominator! Are you from North America by any chance? Because these were never sold there. Only the very early models of the transalp 600. They’re pretty common here in europe.

@@Jaggi96 yeah, we only got the NX 650 out here and we got the small 600 version of the transalp, then a small amount of the 750 Africa twin later. Europe and Japan get a much different selection. I’ve seen the NX 650 which is pretty much the beginning of the dominator series but we only had it for two years and we never got a lot of the transalp or early Africa twins. Occasionally there are places in expensive cities where you can get European models imported but it could be expensive and sometimes the environmental laws screw it up so we don’t get to see a lot of these models in person.

Very nice!!!! Now I'm watching for suspension mod, the original in offroad is too soft. With the hyperpro springs what oil do you use?

I believe the one recommended by hyperpro is 15 weight oil. Make sure to also use the proper air chamber height.

Yes, it’s lifted. 12cm in the back and 10cm in the front.
