not really a "bug" per se. Diana Q travels in a curve angle that originates from her position to the cast point; by flashing sideways it makes the angle wider, effectively making her Q travel longer. If anything, it's just inconsistent to how most abilities work.

10:30 Basically, what he does there is holding the wave in the middle of the map, baiting camille forward and also denying her a couple more minions that die to tower. The reason why he cancells his recall is because he needed a little more time to get a feel for how fast the turret loses health to make sure he doesn't miss local gold. What's more, there's still some time until 14 minutes into the game, so he will get the plating gold either way.

if it's not allowed then it's definitely not enforced. from watching chinese streams you would often see people donate and send the streamer their login credentials and then they would just show themselves logging into a new account to boost, this is why reviewing players like XCM can be difficult if you don't know chinese cuz sometimes half of the stream is just him boosting random gold viewers and you wouldn't know until you realize how bad the other players are

12:32 Lesser known interaction but due to how Diana q works based off of relative position. Flashing towards the ark causes it to shrink and away causes it to grow. Not a lot of use for shrinking it but you get almost twice the distance of the ability for flashing away from it. At 11:00 the reason he doesn’t take the tower is because there are still a couple minutes before plates are down so he can just use the tower to deny minions and exp. If he takes it then it takes some pressure off Camille and makes it easier for her to exist in lane because it also forces him to be a lot further down top lane and be more vulnerable himself

the reason he doesn’t take the turret is a quite common top lane strategy to extend your lead. he knows he will eventually be able to push to tier2, but his main focus during that 10 minute mark is to extend his lead and make it so camille can not play the game at all. now, she has to walk up to middle of lane to CS and get XP which pretty much guarantees her death without the help of a jungler.

10:30 he wants the gold of the tower, which is why he delayed his back--in the case the minions kill it--but he wants the tower to kill as many minions as possible to deny more xp/gold. There's no reason to rush tower, he checked all of the towers and he's basically guaranteed to get first tower bonus anyway, so might as well delay to win harder.

The reason you dont take top tower early is because you allow the enemy top laner to farm safer under t2 and also as you said, he wants to end the game top and it will make him extremely gank prone if he overextends for waves.
